Cabo Pulmo provides a lesson about both the impact of our human activities on marine ecosystems and the consequences of those activities to our communities.

The objectives of the educational materials are twofold:
• Provide teachers with guidance and materials to teach students about the ecological processes impacted by our activities and the resulting consequences to our community’s well-being.
• Provide Facilitators the guidance and materials to assist communities to collectively come to a consensus about their hopes and objectives for their future and to determine the most sustainable utilization of their natural resources.
